Talia is a registered osteopath who graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015. Talia went on to study further at the Osteopathic Centre for Children, working with premature babies in a Neonatal ward as well training at Sutherland Cranial College. Talia has also tutored practical classes at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine for a number of years.
Talia treats all ages ranging from newborn babies and pregnant woman to elderly patients, addressing a wide scope of issues and diagnoses from gastrointestinal complaints to muscle injuries, arthritis and tension headaches.
Talia believes in treating the patient in a holistic manner, addressing the patient as a whole (physical, psychological and nutritional components) in order to achieve the best outcome. Talia uses techniques ranging from neuromuscular techniques and joint manipulations to more gentle techniques including cranial osteopathy.
Talia also advises at home management, postural and ergonomic advice as well as exercises.
