Zenna Zwierzchowska
Zenna qualified from the European School of Osteopathy in 1985 and has worked in general practice across North London and at Sutherland House for over 30 years. Her gentle yet powerful approach is suitable for all ages from newborn babies, children adults to the frail elderly.
Zenna believes in treating the individual and not just the condition. Each patient comes into the practice room with his or her unique story and it is the role of the osteopath to unravel the various strands in order to be able to assist the body in it’s own attempts to correct and heal itself.
Zenna has always believed that osteopathy is a path of life long learning and has therefore been involved in education from the outset both as a student, attending many postgraduate courses, and as a lecturer and tutor. She believes that teaching others helps to enhance her own skills by questioning all assumptions and having to be absolutely clear in one’s own thinking to be able to explain it to others.
Zenna is a Trustee and Faculty member of the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy.
She has taught postgraduate courses in Cranial Osteopathy, Osteopathic Medicine, Pediatric Osteopathy and Osteopathic technique in this country and across Europe, in Sweden, Germany, Spain, Italy Ireland and France.
