Benefits of Deep Tissue Massage may include the softening of hard fibrous muscles and “knots”, improved circulation to skin thereby helping to reduce the build up of cellulite, improved range of motion in the joints.

Seated Acupressure Massage
Seated Acupressure Massage, also referred to as On-Site Massage, originated in Silicon Valley in California USA in 1984. The basic premise is related to TCM – Traditional Chinese Massage or ANMA Massage.
During a session the practitioner performs a Kata or sequence in order to work on the Skeletal Muscles of the Arms, Neck, Shoulders, Back & Scalp with the aim of releasing any tension they may be holding.
This is a non-invasive massage that is performed with the client fully clothed whilst sitting in a specially designed chair.
