Many of you will already be familiar with Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), which makes our treatment approach at Sutherland House unique.
The development of the new iCare Pad now allows you to bring the benefits of frequency therapy into your own home or office — either as a complement to your regular treatments or as a stand-alone support system.
Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) is an emerging method for treating many pathological conditions. The technique is based on pairs of frequencies, low-level electrical currents and the principle of biologic resonance, to restore balance in the body.
Each tissue in the body has its own specific electrical frequency, which may be disrupted by injury or disease. Specific Microcurrent Frequencies applied to the affected area restores normal frequencies within the cells, resulting in remarkable improvements in pain, inflammation and function. function.
At the cellular level, FSM stimulates a dramatic increase in ATP (the energy your cells run on) and stimulate protein synthesis, both of which are vital for healing and repair. Patients often experience reduced pain and muscle spasms, better mobility, and faster recovery.
FSM provides clinically verifiable relief from both somatic and visceral issues, and there is still widespread acceptance that visceral dysfunctions can elevate somatic muscle tension.
For example, flank muscle hypertonicity can arise secondary to renal dysfunction, and trigger points can be activated in acute appendicitis, peptic ulcers, ulcerative colitis, and diverticulitis. FSM, acupuncture, and other energy medicine techniques document interactions between the epidermis and internal organs.
The iCare system is a modern way to receive frequency protocols at home, using PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field). It works through two parts:
The iCare-Pad – a PEMF device that connects to your phone.
The iCare App – turns your phone into a frequency delivery system, sending protocols to the pad, which then applies them by being placed on or near your body.
The iCare Pad delivers the same frequencies as traditional FSM, but through an electromagnetic field. Therefore, there is no requirement of wet towels or sticky pads.
The iCare pad is comfortable, easy to use and portable. It can be used whilst working, cooking, playing with the children, sleeping or any other activity, except swimming and bathing.
The iCare system is designed to make frequency therapy accessible, flexible, and easy to use:
Personalised support – practitioners can instantly push updated protocols to your phone, wherever you are in the world.
Comfortable use – no wires or sticky pads, so you can even run protocols while sleeping.
Cost-effective – a lower-cost option compared to traditional FSM devices.
Extended use – many patients run programmes overnight or whenever support is needed.
Group programmes – multiple protocols can be set up to run in sequence.
Complementary care – works beautifully alongside traditional FSM devices and in-clinic visits.
2 preloaded programmes.
6 customised programmes created just for you.
60 minutes of consultation time (for setup, guidance, and personalised programming).
All included for £695, plus a minimal $15/month app subscription (cancel anytime).
The iCare system is compatible with both iPhone and Android devices. Simply download the app, connect your pad, and begin using your personalised protocols.
