Maria Ioannou

After graduating from The Royal School Hampstead for Girls, I completed an intensive one-year course in CIDESCO and CIBTAC at the Ray Cochrane Beauty School in Baker Street.

I then moved to Cyprus, where I had the chance to work with one of the best beauty salons in Cyprus. They taught me advanced techniques within the beauty industry.

After a few years, I decided to expand my studies and move to America. I attended Murray State University in Kentucky for one year and then transferred to Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, where I graduated with honours in business and graphic design.

Having graduated from the US, I took my skills and training from the beauty and spa industry back to Cyprus and opened my own successful beauty salon. After 7 years of building a successful business, I decided to return to the UK to resume working in the beauty industry there.

While I continued to treat my clients, I joined Sutherland House Natural Health Centre, initially as a receptionist, and since the beginning of 2023 also as a massage therapist.

Helping people is my passion, and I like to make my clients feel relaxed and at ease.

I have more than 10 years of experience in beauty, massage, and facial treatments, and I would love for you to experience the exquisity of it!
