Having previously worked in a highly-pressurised corporate job while also being a busy mum, she knows very well how easy it is to run yourself into the ground. Meeting constant deadlines, grabbing a quick snack for lunch, never switching off work and letting stress pile up are common ‘modern life’ habits and often result in all joy being drained and constant exhaustion.
Digestive health suffers first when you don’t make time to look after yourself and can have far-reaching consequences. At some point Marina decided to choose her health and the health of her family over a career in a harsh corporate world. She regained her vitality and joy for life and has been helping others ever since to achieve a life-work balance that supports health and wellbeing.
Educating others how to make healthy lifestyle and diet choices is her life’s work. She makes every effort to help you prevent or correct nutritional imbalances which often lead to escalating health problems. She believes in being proactive by improving diet and lifestyle before niggling symptoms turn into chronic and debilitating illnesses.
By focussing on the whole person, she takes into account not just physical but also mental and emotional well-being – all of which are necessary to be healthy. She has been practising since 2008 in Hampstead and North West London and currently sees patients in person here at Sutherland House.
